目前探測(cè)PE管道示蹤線雖然有各種不同型號(hào)的儀器(即管線探測(cè)儀),但從探測(cè)方法原理上分析,其原理都是建立在電磁場(chǎng)理論基礎(chǔ)上的。

聚乙烯材質(zhì)制成的管道(簡(jiǎn)稱PE管道),由于其施工方便、工程造價(jià)比用鋼管低(DN300以下)、不存在腐蝕泄漏問(wèn)題、對(duì)輸送物質(zhì)污染小等優(yōu)點(diǎn),近年來(lái)在城市埋地管網(wǎng)建設(shè)中被廣泛應(yīng)用。

特別是輸送燃?xì)夂妥詠?lái)水管道應(yīng)用多,目前市政小口徑埋地管道大有取代鋼質(zhì)管道的趨勢(shì)。PE管道雖然有很多優(yōu)點(diǎn),但強(qiáng)度低是其的弱點(diǎn),在以往市政建設(shè)施工中,由于管道的確切位置不十分清楚,被施工機(jī)械挖斷、挖漏的現(xiàn)象很常見(jiàn),而由此造成的燃?xì)庑孤┍ㄊ鹿室矔r(shí)有發(fā)生,因此探測(cè)標(biāo)定地下PE管道的位置工作十分必要。
In particular, gas and water pipelines are widely used. At present, municipal small caliber buried pipelines have the tendency to replace steel pipelines. Although PE pipeline has many advantages, its low strength is its weakness. In the past municipal construction, the exact location of the pipeline is not very clear, so it is common for the pipeline to be cut and leaked by construction machinery, and the resulting gas leakage and explosion accidents also occur from time to time. 管道示蹤線
PE管道為惰性材質(zhì)制成,不導(dǎo)電、不導(dǎo)磁,埋入地下之后,目前還沒(méi)有較好的方法直接在地面探測(cè)到其在地下的空間位置。為了PE管道埋地后能夠在地面探測(cè)到位置和埋深的問(wèn)題,在鋪設(shè)施工中往往與PE管道一起埋人一條導(dǎo)電線(簡(jiǎn)稱示蹤線),為今后探測(cè)PE管道位置所用,示蹤線法是目前國(guó)內(nèi)外普遍采用的探測(cè)方法。
PE pipes are made of inert materials, which are non conductive and non magnetic. After being buried underground, there is no good method to directly detect their underground space position on the ground. In order to solve the problem that the location and buried depth of PE pipes can be detected on the ground after being buried, a conductor line (hereinafter referred to as the tracer line) is often buried together with PE pipes during the laying construction, which is used to detect the location of PE pipes in the future. The tracer line method is currently widely used at home and abroad.
管道示蹤線在鋪設(shè)時(shí)要和管道一起放置,埋地管線探測(cè)人員要經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)并且合格后才能上崗操作,探測(cè)時(shí),將管線探測(cè)儀發(fā)射機(jī)一端接在示蹤線上,示蹤線另一端接地,沿管線大致的走向,用管線探測(cè)儀探測(cè)管線位置和深度。
The pipeline trace line shall be placed together with the pipeline during laying. The detection personnel of buried pipeline shall be trained and qualified before working. During detection, one end of the pipeline detector transmitter shall be connected to the trace line, and the other end of the trace line shall be grounded. Along the general direction of the pipeline, the pipeline position and depth shall be detected with the pipeline detector.
